When you send a consultation or corporate request, we receive the details you enter in the form:

• your name, email address and phone number;
• your state, city and pincode;
• what you are looking for, such as the garment, material, quantity, stitching needs, the fabric you enquired about and any message; and for corporate requests, your organisation, designation and team size.

When you place an order in our Shop, we also receive your delivery address. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we receive confirmation of the payment, not your card or bank details.

• to respond to your request, arrange your consultation and prepare quotations;
• to process, deliver and support orders;
• to keep the business records we are required to keep; and
• to protect our website and forms from misuse.

Your details are seen by our own team. They are stored and processed by the service providers that run our website, database, email and payments, only to provide those services to us. We share information with others only when the law requires it.

We keep your details for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, and then delete them.

This website uses only the cookies it needs to work, such as remembering a Shop campaign link through to checkout. We do not use advertising cookies. An unfinished request may be kept in your browser tab so a refresh does not lose it; it is cleared once sent.

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time by writing to us.
